Giving Back
We believe that every person has gifts from God that can be used to help and bless others and show God’s love through work and giving. We are so thankful to be able to be a part of serving a local non profit organization in our community that has allowed us to bless young mothers and families through our photography.
It’s been a dream of mine to become involved with donating my time and service to the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center, since hearing about this organization many years ago through our local church. It was during our yearly Christmas offering season that our church was showcasing this particular local organization our church contributes to. As I sat watching a video of what this Center offered our local women, I saw such beautiful testimony and witness to how they helped a particular woman through a difficult pregnancy choice and the baby that had since been born. I was moved so much through that video, with tears in my eyes, I leaned over and told my husband that I felt the Lord wanted me to get involved somehow.
It had been perhaps 5 years since that moment but God did open the doors to allow me to become a part of working with this organization and donating my time and talents for them. It was even more impactful to see it arrive at a time when I had forgotten that desire to serve this organization. We attend a different church now, but yet a friend from the previous church thought of me during a time when FWPC needed a photographer. When I received that email, I stopped in my tracks. I smiled and knew that God had brought me this opportunity in HIS time, and oh how beautiful that was to receive.
If you are looking for a local organization to support, please visit the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center’s website to see the many ways you can give to help such an important cause in our city.
Thank you,
Patrice
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

These images below will be part of a Thanksgiving and Christmas project at the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center this year. These two families each received support from the FWPC this year, and came in to XanZo Gallery for a complimentary newborn session. The images were donated to the FWPC and also to the families.
