Today is feels like Fall!
We were a little concerned recently with the sudden cold temperatures and rain. We were suddenly starting to worry that we going to miss the Autumn season and go straight into Winter.
But today is a beautiful fall day and as I write this, the sun is shining through my windows and the fresh cool air is blowing in through an open window.
Here in Fort Worth, Texas we are in the midst of our Fall Portrait Season. We are on the look out for those locations with colorful changing leaves as we schedules sessions for the month of November.
One family got an early head start on their family portraits this season, so I wanted to share a few of my favorites from their session. I love their clothing, mixing and combining these colors that I connect with joy, fun, and autumn. This location is one we use quite often, Oakland Lake Park. Its just minutes from our studio, easily accessible from I-30 and Bridge exit. We love this park because it is conveniently located in our central area and yet you get the feel of being out of the city when you are photographing and walking through this park.
