The past several months have been a whirlwind of activity from family sessions to high school seniors and spring sport portraits both in studio and on location. Also add to the fact that we are raising two teenagers, and one being a high school senior, makes our days both full and blessed. We will be catching up on some blogging this month and will be starting out with one of our favorite high school Senior sessions we’ve had thus far this school year.
March through May is typically a busy time for Senior portraits. If you haven’t had your Senior portrait made yet, there is still time! We find that this Spring Season, Seniors are getting more and more excited about their upcoming graduation. They may look a bit older and act more mature (hopefully) than they did in August when the school year began. They are also becoming more confident in who they are and maybe what they are going to do after graduation. We have not photographed our own Senior child yet, though we did an extensive Prom Photo Session his Junior year, and an extensive Sports Studio Session when Football season began, so we plan to wait until Springtime to do a few more images and also cap and gown when that comes in.
For any of our Senior Sessions, we offer a 10 minute mini Cap and Gown Session in studio when your cap and gown arrives, with any paid Bronze Portrait Session or any larger Package.
This post today showcases a Senior Session we did in downtown Fort Worth in Sundance Square in November. We started out in a new location recommended by the family and we really were excited to find this hidden treasure so close to us. The plants and beautiful lighting make for a very charming spring-like location no matter what season it is. This alleyway is located behind the Razoo’s Restaurant.
We hope you enjoy this look into Dawson’s Senior Session in Sundance Square. After graduation, Dawson is off to play baseball in college, making his dreams come true. We hope to catch one of his games this spring season in high school before he graduates. Congratulations Dawson!
Please contact us to discuss your High School Seniors Portrait Session. There is still time to book for 2024 graduates, but our weekends are limited so don’t delay! Also, now is also a perfect time to add a Mini Family Session on to any Senior Session. This is a moment in life to cherish both your Senior and your family.
